Cheryl Hebb is an acrylic and watercolour artist. She co-founded the Victoria Urban Sketchers with her husband and fellow-artist, Brian R.R. Hebb, more than a decade ago. Cheryl hails from Brooklyn, New York, and has also lived in New Jersey, New York City, Los Angeles, and Vancouver. She's now living at her forever home on Vancouver Island.

Cheryl's professional life began as a daily journalist, and from there she became a fundraiser, most recently spending a decade at the University of Victoria as Director of Fund Development. Beyond painting, Cheryl likes to spend her leisure time traveling with her husband, keeping in touch with her son Daniel, cuddling with her kitty, Tinkerbell, and exploring Vancouver Island.
